This Guide will help you to determine the status of you credit card processing host

Goto the Credit Card Hosting Server, and be sure that it is at the desktop.

Is The Credit Card Icon in the System Tray/Notification Area (Bottom Right Corner)? Yes Goto Step 3 No Goto Step 5

Hover the Cursor over the Icon. If the Icon Disappears goto step 5. If it does not disappear goto step 4.

Double Click the Credit Card Icon in the System Tray/Notification Area (Bottom Right Corner) and goto step 6

Double Click on the Credit Card Host Shortcut.

This Window Will open.

To test, Click on the "Batch Inq" button.

Then Enter Your Password and Click OK. (Manager Privileges are required).

If the test is successful, this box will appear. if it does simply click "OK"

Next Click on the Minimize Button in the top right hand corner.

Verify that the Credit Card Host is Running in the System Tray/Notification Area (Bottom Right Corner)
